Pavemar Restores Safety & Functionality at U-Haul Newmarket

Removing an Old Sign Base to Improve Traffic Flow

Near the rear of the property, an old concrete sign base was disrupting the flow of vehicles. Our crew demolished it below grade, then grinded and squared off the area before patching it with fresh asphalt. The result? A smoother, safer traffic path with no obstacles.

Concrete Sidewalk Installation to Prevent Flooding

At the office entrance, the existing sidewalk was badly cracked and had a slope that directed water into the building during heavy rainfall.

We installed a new concrete sidewalk with proper slope, protecting the building from future flooding and making entry safer for customers.

Catch Basin Installation for Better Drainage

Just in front of the office entrance was a low spot with no drainage outlet, creating standing water after storms.

Our team installed a new catch basin, giving water a place to flow and preventing puddles from forming in this high-traffic area.

Asphalt Removal & Replacement for a Fresh Start

To support the new catch basin and restore the front lot, we removed and replaced the existing asphalt from the office entrance area. This not only improved drainage but also gave the property a revitalized, professional appearance.

Grind and Pave Patches Across the Property

Beyond the office entrance, U-Haul management requested targeted repairs throughout the site. Our team completed grind and pave patches in areas with wear and tear, extending the lifespan of the pavement and ensuring the property looked consistent and well-maintained.

Line Painting for Safety & Organization

The final touch was reinstating faded or removed line markings across the lot. Fresh parking lines restored order, improved visibility, and enhanced safety for both vehicles and pedestrians.
