Asphalt Street Repair in North York

As part of a home renovation project, this homeowner was tasked with repaving a portion of the road in front of their property. They had installed a new curb line to match the landscaping of the house and this was the only resolution the city deemed fair for final approval. We got the call and completed the job to city spec, allthewhile carefully directing and diverting live traffic.

45º Asphalt Driveway Edge Tamping

Pictured here is one of our crew members carefully applying a 45º tamped edge to this freshly paved driveway. This is an industry standard for paved edges, without a curb or interlocking brick to butt up to, yet it takes year of practice to make it aesthetically pleasing. A 45º tamped edge provides strength to the finished product and leaves room for topsoil if a property owner decides they want to bring the grassline a little closer to the driveway.

Commercial Asphalt Paving at Planters Peanuts Factory on Steeprock Drive

For the past few years Planters Peanuts has entrusted Pavemar to complete large asphalt repairs to their industrial driveways. Pictured here is a patch we recently completed to strengthen the centre most part of this multi loading dock area. 5 inches of total asphalt paved with a 3 inch binder course and 2 inch wearing course.
