Residential Asphalt Paving for Luxury Home in Vaughan

This driveway was in dire need of replacement and needed to be excavated near the garage due to an inferior sub-base. We removed the old asphalt, excavated the compromised area and re-levelled the whole driveway with a new layer of concrete crush stone. The client wanted a "pool table finish" so we used HL3A asphalt and smoothed out every square foot of the driveway by hand. The final product was a seamless finish and sturdy surface that the customer was proud to display.

Commercial Asphalt Repair

Previous to hiring Pavemar, the landlord of this plaza had trouble dealing with this area as it continued to erode no matter how many temporary patches he put in place. They reached out to us for a permanent solution and we came in to fulfill it. We saw cut the affected area down 5 inches and removed the old asphalt. Then we repaved with 3 inches of HL8 and 2 inches of HL3. The job was completed in a few hours and now the property owner wants to do more repairs on the parking lot next year.

Catch Basin Sinkhole Repair

This property suffered from a sinkhole due to a washout in the sidewall of the catch basin. We excavated the area and dug down to investigate the situation. We found a gaping hole, 2 feet in diameter, that may have been put there initially to hook up to a drainage system from the building, but never was. We patched the catch basin with concrete and slowly backfilled the area, after the concrete was cured, to ensure proper compaction for the paving we installed above.
