Recently, a dermatologist office in Richmond Hill was in dire need of asphalt repairs. Cracked asphalt and ruts in the sub base made the driving experience a nightmare for both employees and patients. We ultimately decided to install a resurface of the base layer on a Saturday morning as it would suit both their aesthetic and practical needs.

After years of patch repairs and general tenant neglect this parking lot was due to be repaved. First, we were tasked with separating the broken asphalt, garbage and surface level soil so it could all be hauled away to appropriate dumping sites.Then we laid down a base and top coat of asphalt to both strengthen the parking lot and make it ultra smooth for future upkeep.
