We're no strangers to patching old catch basins to keep costs down but, due to the severity of the deterioration the only solution here was to dig it up and reinstall a newly poured catch basin.

This factory tenant doesn't have super heavy duty traffic coming in and out of their parking lot every day so they opted for a resurfacing rather than a replacement. This solution proved to refresh the space and keep the dust down as well as make it more appealing for potential sub-leased parking space at the rear of the building.
